Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:
Slice the potatoes into wedges or rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and salt.
