Cornflake Crunch Marshmallow Bars

Prepare the Cornflake Crunch:
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cornflakes, sugar, and salt.
Pour the melted butter over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the cornflake mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Prepare the Bars:
7. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
8. In a large pot, melt the 1/4 cup of butter over low heat.
9. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
10. Stir in the vanilla extract.
11. Remove from heat and add the 6 cups of cornflakes. Gently fold the cornflakes into the marshmallow mixture until well combined.
