Chicken Pasta Salad

Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta. Set aside.
Prepare the Dressing:
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt or sour cream, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Combine Salad Ingredients:
3. In a large salad bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, diced or shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, and chopped parsley (if using). Toss gently to mix.
Add the Dressing:

Chill and Serve:
