Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the scallops, shrimp, and lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the seafood, starting with the lobster tails (cut side down), followed by the scallops and shrimp. Cook the lobster for about 8-10 minutes, the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, and the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are all nicely charred and cooked through.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the mussels , cover, and cook until the mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
Arrange the grilled seafood and mussels on a large platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately, accompanied by additional lemon wedges for squeezing.
