Crispy Peanut Nougat

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, honey, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
Continue to cook until the mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Add roasted peanuts and mix until evenly coated.
Pour the peanut mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down to flatten.
In a separate bowl, combine marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and spread evenly over the peanut mixture in the pan.
Allow the nougat to cool completely, then cut into squares.
