Shrimp Fra Diavolo

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp; cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Add crushed tomatoes and wine (if using); stir to combine.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until sauce thickens.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with parsley
