Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo

1. **Cook the Pasta:** Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. **Cook the Seafood:** In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and salmon to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the salmon is flaky, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. **Make the Alfredo Sauce:** In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. **Combine Seafood and Sauce:** Chop the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Gently toss to combine.
5. **Add Pasta:** Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
6. **Serve:** Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
