Burrata and Hanger Steak Crostini

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Season the steak with salt, pepper, and mushroom powder.
Slice the baguette into 1-inch pieces and toast in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet until hot, then sear the steak for 2 minutes on all sides. Transfer to the oven and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to desired doneness. Let rest for 15 minutes, then thinly slice.
Rub garlic clove on toasted bread, top with burrata and steak slices.
Garnish with chives, flaky salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
