Banana bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Add the flour last and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
You can customize banana bread with various mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or even spices like cinnamon or nutmeg. Enjoy!
