Spicy Seafood Stew

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Add minced garlic, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add diced tomatoes, seafood broth, and white wine (or additional seafood broth). Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add white fish chunks to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cover and cook until shellfish open and shrimp is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any mussels or clams that do not open.
7. Season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Stir in fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes:
• For added richness, stir in a tablespoon of tomato paste with the tomatoes.
• Serve with crusty bread to soak up the flavorful broth.
