Spicy Seafood Stew

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
• 4 cups seafood broth
• 1 cup dry white wine (substitute with additional seafood broth if preferred)
• 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or halibut), cut into chunks
• 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/2 lb mussels, cleaned
• 1/2 lb clams, cleaned
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Lemon wedges for serving
