Ribeye Steak with French Onions and French Fries

Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear to desired doneness.
In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and caramelize onions. Add beef broth and red wine, simmer until reduced.
Fry potatoes in hot oil until crispy, then drain on paper towels and season with salt.
Serve steaks topped with caramelized onions and a side of French fries.
