- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoons hot sauce (to taste)
