1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
3. Add the banana pulp to the seed mixture.
4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavour.
5. Mix all the ingredients well to get an even texture.
6. Distribute the mass obtained on the lined pan by leveling it evenly.
7. Bake in the lower oven grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
8. Once cooked, let them cool completely in the pan.
9. Now you have homemade gluten free cookies that are tasty and nutritious. Serve them once they cool down.
