Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the potatoes and cook until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes.
4. Lower the heat to medium and add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
5. Return the steak to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter and potatoes.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until everything is well-coated and heated through.
