Delicious Cabbage Patties

In a large bowl, mix together the finely chopped cabbage, eggs, flour, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Scoop out small portions of the cabbage mixture and shape them into patties.
Place the patties into the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the cabbage patties warm, with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
