Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well-coated.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the cauliflower, tossing to coat evenly.
Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
