Steak Bites and Eggs

Prepare the Steak Bites:
Season the steak pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Stir to coat the steak bites in the melted butter and garlic.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside, keeping them warm.
Cook the Eggs:
In the same skillet, you can cook the eggs to your liking. You can make scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or even poached eggs.
If you’re frying the eggs, you might need to add a bit more butter or oil to the skillet. Cook the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference.
Serve:
Arrange the steak bites on a plate and add the eggs.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
