Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Heat oil in large casserole over medium heat, add onion, pepper and mushrooms and cook until tender, about a minute. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute, before removing from heat. Mix beef, salt, pepper, whiz cheese, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, eggs, bread crumbs and onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic cooked mixture. Place half of the mixture down, place a solid piece of provolone in the middle, on top of the remaining mixture, seal the edges well, shape the bread as desired and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven 350F/180C until cooked through, about 50-60 minutes. Spread sliced provolone on top of bread, return to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 2-4 minutes.
