Hey everyone! I've been experimenting in the kitchen and I've got a fantastic homemade bread roll recipe to share with you. You won't believe how soft and fluffy these are! 
Here's what you'll need:
INGREDIENTS - 2 tsp of active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup of warm water
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp of melted butter
- 1/4 cup plus an additional 1 tsp of sugar
- 3 to 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of salt
For this recipe, I've used the dough setting on my bread machine. If you don't have one, no worries, you can still follow along!
