Cheeseburger Pie

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Cook Beef and Onion: In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Assemble the Pie: Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in the pie plate. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour this batter over the beef and cheese in the pie plate.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Add Toppings: Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top of the pie. Garnish with pickle slices if desired.
Serve: Let the pie cool slightly before slicing and serving.
