Baked Cajun Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly oil it with cooking spray.
Prepare Shrimp:
Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl. Add canola oil and gently shake the bowl until all the shrimp are coated with oil.
Mix Spices:
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme leaves, and ground oregano.
Season Shrimp:
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the shrimp. Cover the bowl and gently shake until all the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Bake Shrimp:
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Serve:
Serve the baked Cajun shrimp warm with a slice of lemon wedge. For a complete meal, pour the sauce over Cajun Dirty Rice and serve with andouille sausage.
