Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
Fry onion until lightly brown 5 – 10 minutes
Add bell pepper
Stir in the mince meat
Add garlic, pepper, cloves, allspice, salt and pepper.
Cook stirring frequently for 7 – 10 minutes
Stir in soaked sago and cooked until sago is transparent
Add chopped dhanya and allow cooling before filling pie.
