Loaded Taco-Stuffed Cheesy Pockets

Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook according to the packet instructions, usually about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
