Caramelized Ham & Swiss Buns

1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. **Prepare the Buns**: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible. Place the bottom halves of the buns in a baking dish.

3. **Layer Ingredients**: Layer the Swiss cheese and ham evenly over the bottom buns. Place the top buns on.

4. **Make the Sauce**: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds if using.

5. **Apply Sauce**: Pour the sauce evenly over the top of the buns.

6. **Bake**: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

7. **Serve**: Let cool slightly before serving.
