Decadent Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
5. Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
6. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over the chilled cheesecake.
7. Garnish with additional Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and return to the refrigerator to set.
8. Slice and enjoy your decadent Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake!
