Tips on how to make a delicious SAMOSA

1. Pour your vegetable oil in a non stick pan on fire, add your onion and stir for few seconds

2. Add your minced Chicken or Beef, season with garlic, ginger, salt, thyme, nutmeg, curry, seasoning cubes, or any seasoning of your choice

NOTE: YOU CAN ADD A LITTLE SUGAR BUT IT'S OPTIONAL.

3. When browned you add your green and red pepper and other vegetables like spring onions, carrot or a little cabbage if you want. You can also add coriander or basley leaf.

4. Turn and bring down.
