1. Mix your flour, salt, oil and mix while adding water bit by bit
2. Sprinkle flour on a flat surface to avoid sticking and knead with your hand.
3. Cover to rest for 30minutes
4. After the 30 minutes, you sprinkle flour on a surface and re-knead again, divide into smaller portions, roll each portion and flatten.
5. Place your non-stick pan on fire and heat each side of the dough for few minutes at a reduced heat to avoid burning and turning to the other side.
NOTE: DO THIS FOR LIKE 2-3MINUTES AND YOU KNOW ITS DONE WHEN YOU NOTICE A PUFF ON EACH SIDE.
IT WILL BE HOT TO THE HAND BUT YOU HAVE TO ENDURE THIS
6. Repeat the process for the remaining portions until they finish.
7. With a pizza cutter or knife cut each one into 4 equal sizes and keep.
