Crispy kadayif cream

Melt the butter in a proper saucepan. Melt the butter by adding sugar and mixing. Add the kadayif and fry it. Then add the nuts and mix.

Add half of the grilled kadayif to the bottom of the mold.

In a proper saucepan, add flour, milk, sugar and cream and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling and thickening. Add vanilla and mix.

Spread the pastry cream on the kadayif and pour it. Let it cool in the fridge.

Add the rest of the kadayif and you can decorate it as you wish and serve it.
