1️⃣ Marinate the Beef: Combine the beef slices with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.

5️⃣ Combine and Cook: Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
