Big Mac French Toast

1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.

2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ketchup, and mustard.

3. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt butter.

4. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

5. Fry the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, then set aside.

6. To assemble, place a slice of toasted bread on a plate, top with a slice of cheese, half of the cooked beef, and a sprinkle of crumbled bacon. Add another slice of bread on top, then repeat the layers.

7. Serve hot with optional garnishes like pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
