- On a sheet of puff pastry, we use a pizza cutter to make a cut in the middle lengthwise and then two cuts widthwise.
- Place ground beef, onions, salt, black pepper and water in a container and mix well until the ingredients are well combined.
- We form meatballs with our hands.
- In each dough square we place a meat ball with a cheese cube in the middle.
- We grab the tips and close them. We repeat the operation with the other tips. Give it a shape similar to a clove of garlic.
- Place face down on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- We brush with egg.
- Using scissors, we make two cross-shaped cuts in the rolls and open them so that they remain open at the top.
- We put it in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Ready! We already have our starter with only 5 ingredients.
Second appetizer process
- We stretch out a sheet of puff pastry with a rolling pin.
- Brush with melted butter.
- We place another sheet of puff pastry on top and also spread melted butter on it.
- We place a third sheet of puff pastry on top, also spread it with melted butter and roll it into a roll.
- We freeze for 40 minutes.
- Then we cut the dough into slices.
- We stretch each disc with the rolling pin so that it takes on a circular shape, similar to an empanada lid.
- We place a cube of cheese in the middle.
- In a pan, add oil, onion, yellow pepper, red pepper, salt and minced pork and mix.
- After cooking, we put the filling into the previously prepared circular masses and close them with our fingers by pressing them.
- We clean
- We put it in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
- Ready! We already have our appetizer with only 5 ingredients. Perfect for birthdays!
