Ingredients

  • 8 forequarter lamb chops
  • 4 bacon rashers, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 6 baby potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 brown onion cut into wedges
  • 1 leek small, thinly sliced
  • 150g cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 250ml Beef Style Liquid Stock
  • 2 tbs fresh flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
