- 1 regular size bag of frozen shredded hash browns
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup

- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
- Sauté the sliced smoked sausage, sliced bell peppers, and diced onion in a hot pan until they are slightly caramelized and fragrant.
- Transfer the sautéed meat mixture to a crockpot. Add the frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning packet, and shredded cheese to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
