Pot Beef with Chuck Brain

Ingredients:

1 kg of chuck meat
3 tomatoes
1 cup mirepoix (celery, carrot and onion)
1 cup fresh peas
4 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
Parsley and chives to taste
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil
Water

Step by step:
1. Preparing the meat:
Start by cutting the chuck meat into medium-sized cubes.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and wait until it is very hot.
