Ingredients:
1 pound of pizza dough, either handmade or purchased
2-tbsp melted unsalted butter
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
one-fourth of a teaspoon of pepper
One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
One teaspoon of dried oregano, if desired
If desired, serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
