Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo Bread Bowl

Ingredients

For the Fettuccine Alfredo:

8 oz (225g) fettuccine pasta (use gluten-free pasta if needed)

1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 4 hours or overnight

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Bread Bowl:

1 large round bread loaf (sourdough or any crusty bread)

Olive oil (for brushing)
