Grilled Cheeseburger Wrap
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread each tortilla with ketchup and mustard to taste.
Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
Top the ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and pickle slices.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll up tightly to form a wrap.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately while hot.
