5. Finally, pour in the cream and vanilla extract. Mix briefly until combined.
6. Pour the cheese mixture onto the baked base and place the whole thing in the oven preheated to 175 degrees. Bake at this temperature for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 120 degrees and bake for another 90 minutes.
Coffee topping :
Dissolve gelatin in warm water and stir until dissolved.
Heat the heavy cream in a pot. Pour in the coffee and stir until dissolved. Then add the gelatin and mix vigorously. Next, add the chopped chocolate. Mix everything until the chocolate melts completely. Finally, pour in the coffee liqueur. Set the icing aside to cool slightly.
Pour the cooled cheesecake with the prepared glaze and place it in the fridge to cool.
