Foolproof Chocolate
Chip Muffins Recipe Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
210 g milk (at room temperature) or buttermilk
3/4 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice (omit if using buttermilk)
360 g all-purpose
flour 160 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
120 g
chocolate chips Pinch of salt
3 large eggs (at room temperature)
80 g vegetable
oil 40 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract Extra chocolate
chips for garnish
Optional: chopped
walnuts or almonds Instructions:
Mix the milk and white vinegar or lemon juice (if you’re not using buttermilk). Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
