Puff pastry vanilla particles

Ingredients

1 pack of frozen puff pastry (with 6 sheets)
100 g almonds , sliced
1 egg he
½ liter milk
4 tbsp sugar

1 pack of pudding powder vanilla flavor
2 cups of cream
2 packs of cream stiffener
1 pack of vanilla sugar
some powdered sugar

Instructions

Take the frozen puff pastry sheets out of the package and let them thaw next to each other. Roast the almond flakes in a pan. Cut the thawed plates in half once so that they are roughly square.
