PIONONO WITH DULCE DE LECHE

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups dulce de leche
1/4 cup cornstarch
5 tablespoons wheat
flour 4 tablespoons lard or butter
Confectioners' sugar

Preparation:
Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
Place the yolks in a large container. Mix with the sugar and beat for 10 minutes.
Add the cornstarch and 1/4 cup flour.

Beat the yolk mixture with the flour and sugar until smooth.
Coat the baking dish with butter. The pan should be large in size and the rolled out layer of dough should be thin.
Pour the mixture made so far into the baking tin.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake the mixture for 15 minutes. Don't let it dry, otherwise it won't be possible to roll it later.
Remove the mixture from the mould without breaking the mixture and place the cake on a damp tea towel.
Spread the dulce de leche on top.
