Raspberry foam cake

3 eggs, large
3/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of cocoa
3/4 cup of cake flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt

INGREDIENTS FOR RASPBERRY FOAM:

500 g fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
500 ml whipping cream 30%
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 raspberry jelly
250 ml of hot water
