Pasta bake with tomato and salami

1. First cook the pasta in salted water, then rinse in cold water and drain in a sieve.

2. Then cut the cheese and salami or bacon into small cubes, scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them, cut them in half and then remove the seeds. Now cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces and layer everything together with the noodles in a buttered baking dish.
3. Next, whisk together the eggs and cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the noodles. Bake at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

– Tip: Instead of salami or bacon, use leftover roast pork or ham, but this won’t make the casserole as spicy. Bon appetit
