Chocolate quinoa bars

120 g quinoa or expanded millet
150 g dark chocolate
3 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

140 g of peanut butter
pinch of salt
A form with dimensions Line a 20×18 cm or similar baking tray with baking paper or foil.
Place all ingredients in a thick-bottomed pot and stir until dissolved. Pour the mixture into the quinoa or millet and mix thoroughly. Pour into the form and level. Set aside in the fridge for 2-3 hours until the mixture is completely set. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
