Chocolate quinoa bars

Chocolate quinoa or expanded millet bars. A few simple ingredients, quick preparation and great taste. Without added white sugar and butter.

You can prepare the chocolate bars the day before and store them in the fridge covered. After preparation, the dessert needs 2-3 hours for the mixture to set and be cut into pieces.

You can replace the expanded quinoa with millet and follow the recipe in the same way.

Chocolate quinoa bars are light, very chocolatey and quite sweet. After cooling, they keep their shape and do not fall apart.

The bars will be perfect for children for dessert, for work for lunch or a healthy dessert.
