Halva cake with kajmak

400 g kajmak
200 g of vanilla halva
500 ml whipping cream 30%
250 g of mascarpone cheese
3 teaspoons of gelatin
1/4 cup of water

SATURATION

1 cup of strong coffee infusion
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur (optional)

CHOCOLATE COTTING

70 ml whipping cream 30%
50 g of dark chocolate

ADDITIONALLY

1 small jar of blackcurrant jam
3/4 cup of roasted sesame seeds

PREPARATION:

Line a 24 cm cake tin with baking paper at the bottom, lightly grease the sides with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina. We can also use a silicone mold, so there is no need to prepare it in advance.
