Cheese dumplings are a quick and simple recipe served during carnival and Fat Thursday. Soft, fluffy and light cheese donuts.

I made my donuts based on creamy, natural cream cheese. It may be Philadelphia or Piątnica cheese. Of course, you can also make it with cottage cheese, which we grind twice in a grinder.

Pies with cottage cheese are even more delicate, fluffier and lighter than those with cottage cheese.

Immediately after frying, pour icing over them or roll them in powdered sugar or fine sugar with a bit of cinnamon or vanilla sugar.

The next day after frying, the dumplings are equally delicious and soft.

I recommend it because it is one of the tastiest recipes I have ever eaten and it is not difficult to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:

QUANTITY: approx. 30 tires

400 g of ground cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia or Piątnica*
200 g sour cream 18%
4 yolks (size L)
5 tablespoons of sugar
