Mix the sweetened condensed milk and the heavy cream to temperature
cold in a container until a homogeneous mixture forms and set aside.
Then, put a layer of cream made with sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream in a dish,
then a layer of milk biscuits (I like to dip the biscuits in milk before putting them on)
and repeat the process, alternating layers until the last one is that of cream.
To finish, make a ganache with the chocolate and crème fraîche.
To make the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, as soon as the chocolate is completely melted,
Add the crème fraîche and mix a little more. Then pour the ganache over the cake.
If you wish, you can also use chocolate shavings to decorate.
After that, just put in the refrigerator for about 5 hours and the dessert will be ready to enjoy.
