Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage chopped and rinsed
  • 1 lb sausage or bacon
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cajun or creole seasoning to taste

    1. Spray a large stock pot or Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray
